Edwina’s passion for baking began at a very young age. She soon began creating desserts from scratch for family and friends. She brings over 30 years of baking experience to the Rum Cake Lounge. Olivier was raised in the South of France. He attended several years of culinary school and earned his advanced degrees in exquisite French pastries.Olivier has baked for some of the finest patisseries in France and is excited to do the same for America.
